For clients with existing Ratio Money Cases we suggest the following options;

In cases where you have been contacted by a Solicitor-

In these cases you have had an audit report produced by Ratio Money/Emmotts Solicitors. You should have had some communication from a firm allocated to each individual claim. We suggest that you contact the appointed solicitors for any case updates as you have a client relationship with them and they can best advise the status of your claim and the probability of success.

The vast majority of clients have had an audit report produced.  The fee you paid was to have an audit report produced.  There was never any guarantee that legally a debt would be written off. Should you have paid this fee and you have not received an audit report from Ratio Money Limited then you shall have to request a refund directly from the Administrators.

Should you be advised by the solicitors that your case is not viable, a claim can be lodged against Ratio Money in respect of your fee by sending details in writing to:

The administrators have concluded a sale of the Ratio Money's goodwill to a third party who will be progressing claims through a connected business, Consumer Claims Agency. It is understood that Consumer Claims Agency will contact all customers over the next one to two weeks regarding progression of the claims.
